Transportation
Your child will be sent home on the bus if he or she is a bus rider.
If your child is a car rider or walker they will be dismissed by the supervisors outside of school. If your student has a younger sibling, he/she will be outside door 1. Otherwise, car riders will be dismissed from door 4 between the ES and HS buildings.
If you want other arrangements, please send a note or notify the office.

Grades
IBES recognizes student academic achievement in Grades 3-5 by having an Honor Roll and a High Honor Roll. Students earning all A's in the core subjects of Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, Grammar, and Spelling with achieve High Honor Roll status. Students receiving all A's and B's in the same core subjects will achieve honor roll status. Students who are recognized for achieving these goals will be recognized at an all school assembly.

Assignment Notebooks
Assignments are written down in the students' assignment notebooks. Parents are requested to check it each night to see that the homework is completed. Please sign the notebook and return it the next school day. Your student will receive a Dojo point each day it is returned with a signature.
