Welcome to 3rd-grade! I am very excited to begin this new journey with each and every one of my students as well as the people who make them so great. This is my sixth year teaching at IBES and I can't wait to see what this upcoming year has in store for us. 

I have lived in the Peoria area my entire life with the exception of going away to college. I attended Limestone High School and graduated in 2009. Then, I attended Illinois Central College and graduated with my Associate's Degree in Arts and Science. After graduating there, I went to Western Illinois University to major in Elementary Education. I graduated in December 2014. I enjoy traveling, some places I have visited include Ireland, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Boston, MA, NYC, Washington D.C., and Charleston, S.C. I enjoy reading nonfiction and historical fiction, typically about Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, or Queen Elizabeth II. I also enjoy a variety of movies and music.
